These temporary dwellings have been used by schools, hospitals and churches to create space and save money. Whether these prefabricated buildings cater for a larger congregation, additional class or storage unit, a modular buildings serves many purposes. It was initially intended to be a temporary structure, but many companies specialise in designing structures that last long and are safe. The process starts with the client consultation when needs and plans are assessed. It also saves money compared to conventional brick and mortar construction as less money is spent on cement, roofing materials and fittings.

Quality Portable Buildings - Are They Really Quality Buildings?

Several years ago we moved into a portable cabin that we turned into a really classy little condo on a nice lake lot. It was only now that I realize how handy these types of buildings are, and how the quality of the first portable shed I purchased was inferior to those of other trusted manufacturers. Finding a quality builder is important, why would you want an inferior building when you can get a well made quality structure? Do not think for a minute that all buildings are made equal, it's just not true! All portable buildings are not equal. Don't waste your money because you're impatient to buy a room to put your old cloths in. Your purchase is still important, and it angers me when I have to urge friends and family members to cherish every penny they earn. Why is it, that is has to be said, be careful in your purchases.
